    In great shape. Has stains inside indicate had been used at least once. Heated up to have burned on stains present. Possibly before seller. It was well packed and came through shipping great. It had all the original accessories and paperwork. The seller was great. Good communication. Item was delayed due to weather by FedEx, but arrived in great shape. Item was as described except not just an open box, but possibly was a floor model? Or somehow used or tested at temperature.

    The seller advertised the dryer as new. After picking it up and installing it I find out, it was used and the steam function was not working. The whole reason I purchased this model. I wanted to return it but I live in OC and seller is in Van Nuys. He gave me $150 credit which I excepted. Then I find out the normal dry function was not working. I messaged seller that I am going to return it. He gave me a full refund and told me I could keep the dryer. Seller claims he was not aware was used.

    Ordered this part to repair a customer's washing machine. The order was shipped by the seller in a timely manner. However the shipper used fedex ground and the part didn't arrive until 11 days later, by which time my customer grew impatient and cancelled the work order. The cost of returning the part (buyer pays) is more expensive than the cost of the part itself, so now I am stuck with a part I don't need. I hope the seller would find a better way to ship parts or change thier return policy.
