  A day or so into shipping, I messaged the seller with a concern I had. It seemed to be dealt with behind the scenes, but I didn't see a direct response back, and I won't lie that it made me feel a little left in the dark. But I don't think it'd be fair to rate the experience anything short of positive just because of that, because the figures arrived as pictured and undamaged, and I'm really happy with them.   Shipped super fast! It came a little early, well packaged, and in some plastic to make sure it didn't get wet or damaged in the mail which is always important for stuffies. It is exactly as described in perfect condition, with no loose threads, discoloration, tears, or other defects, and no bad smells! The tag/code worked perfectly!
