  I'm still stumped as how this happened. Seller obviously packaged the item with due diligence but the shipping company was up to the task. There was no damage to the box but the item has a dent in the rear panel that is not evident in the listing photo's. Also the blue LED on the front panel does not work but there aren't any photo's with the item powered on. Both these issues are purely cosmetic as the item still functions as intended by the manufacturer. The item was shipped in timely manner.
