Shipping is the only thing you pay if we can't fix your board. There are no minimum amounts, charges to 'try' to repair your circuit board, nothing. Unless we repair it!     I had to get a technician to remove part to be mailed. I was without my oven for over a week. A detailed description of the problem was send with the part. When I received the part, I again had to get technician to install part. The part was not repaired. I contacted seller. He said to mail it back. You are talking about a heavy double oven that had to be removed from the wall. Why was it not fixed in the first place?

    Every single WP oven board is powered up after repaired. The board was damaged in the mail, this is the number one board that gets damaged in transit due to the double displays and age of the board.. We can only offer a repair and cover shipping to help. Of course it was repaired, we wouldn't be in business if we just sent boards back as is. Some things are simply not in our control. Sorry for your troubles.
