But after informing the vendor of the lost package, they not only shipped another one immediately but, it seems like they paid for extremely fast shipping. I initially bought a refurbished massage gun but the vendor also said they sent out a brand new version because of my inconvenience. The gun feels great and the price was fantastic (1/4 of competitors). 10/10 would recommend to anyone
