    Packaging was not adequate. An extra wrapping of bubble wrap would have been more than enough inside of the soft envelope used, but I guess that costs too much. The result is the top of the dvd case broke and the cellophane was ripped. Contacted the seller and he said “the DVD is new and fine.” Maybe so, but it did not arrive as advertised. He gets his $12.99 but I’ll never be buying from this seller again.
