    fast delivery, great prices, awesome quality! the octo-taster has been my favorite chillum for the a while, but my clumsy roommates break them way too quick so I decided to stock up. the shipping was very well done too, the products came in a very protective (and creative) box with bubble wrap and all. arrived in great condition and they look beautiful, all clean and nice. seeing on how it's difficult to find this chillum without the silicon, this vendor is top notch *and* essential imho! 10/10

    My third order here, unfortunately. 1st order had problems with double billed shipping costs, allegedly by eBay. 2nd time broken glass was delivered, not well packed/handled. Now 3rd: important & specified part by ad is missing. In this case zero communication. Some "GRAV" parts are croocked & tilted looking like B-goods. Talked to GRAV Labs directly: there are no (!) authorized sellers by them on eBay as they have their own web-shop and don't sell outside the USA.

    Quite unexpectedly, the missing part was also somehow delivered. Thank you. If there had been any communication at all about this, the rating would have been slightly better.
