    Unfortunately, the USPS lost the item in the mail even with the proper tracking number. The USPS was negligible in tracking the item down and gave us a poor explanation. The USPS blamed the problem on hurricane Hellene. The seller got screwed because the Postal service didn't return his item, and I didn't get the part I needed. I couldn't rate this item because I never received it. But I give the Seller 5 stars for following up and doing his best to locate the item.
