  I bought this book to hold silver proof and uncirculated quarters. I responded to the seller and ask where the plastic holders were and could he send them to me I stated if i would have never bought them with no covers. And he should have stated they were missing. The sellers responded with I should have known from the picture. Look I do thousands of dollars of business on eBay.
