  While the container and contents were as described, the packaging did not secure the contents properly and leaked out most of the contents. The USPS driver delivered the cardboard box in a trash sack because it was super-saturated with the cleaner content. He commented that it leaked all over the post office! It is clear that the seller tried to secure the top to the bottle, but did not secure the lid sufficiently. Probably hard to do, but still...
