  BEWARE! WORST eBay experience EVER!! I can’t reach customer service to help either. I bought a spool of bracelet elastic…about 3” long - SMALL! eBay & seller say DELIVERED…no it wasn’t! I received a box with AMAZON stickers & Amazon tape, my neighbors name & address…it was a 15” x 12” x 8” box - BIG! THIS seller sent me a photo of THAT package (below) on my porch & said that was it. I asked how they got a pic as USPS doesn’t do that. No response, no elastic. No refund. DOES NOT MAKE ANY SENSE!
