Seller was decent, if a little slow in sorting it out but can't fault them for the issues since they've no control over DPD and their shoddy work (with heavy items like this).

Seller wasn’t interested & didn’t respond to my issue. Finally got to open parcel & product is a bit poor quality. Not adjustable without circlip pliers & not designed to be adjusted ! ‘Rope’ only stays in handles by a crimp. Would hardly call it “professional”, wouldn’t recommend the seller or the delivery company.
