    I tried canceling b4 the item was shipped. Seller ignored all my messages. Then said he would.get back to me and here we are. 2 wks later. Escalated unknown condition. Quality of the box was all beat up. Value is ok. He gets a 1 star for being dishonest and not trying to work things out.

    I the buyer made a huge mistake. I apologize for the negative feed back. There was a huge misunderstanding. The seller did reached out and a message was not read on time prior to feed being left. This was my mistake not the seller.. I'm sorry for the inconvenience. Great seller here

    Unfortunately the part I ordered from BPS Automotive was not compatible with my vehicle. I contacted Daniel at BPS to request a return label. Daniel answered my email very quickly and stated that he would be “happy to assist me.” Also, ordering was easy with BPS, prices were very competitive and delivery was very quick to arrive. I would recommend BPS Automotive to other buyers that utilize EBay.
