A large order may arrive on a pallet and this is a kerbside delivery only.

Unfortunately the item was defective. Reported the issue with supporting photographs and returned by post. My account was credited with the purchasing price with no issues or quibbles. Despite the item had to be returned, I was happy with the buying process and with the returns procedure. I would be happy doing business with this vendor again.
