    I bought this as a gift for my wife. The seller shipped quickly. It was well packaged. The case had some scratches like the seller described. Then my wife opened the case. The flatware inside is not very good, it is pristine. It looks like it sat on a shelf somewhere unused for 60 years. So yes, I would call that a great value.
