  The experience with this seller was outstanding. I ordered the wrong model like a numskull, so had to return them, which is why I'm taking the time to rate them. Item shipped very fast and tracking was easy to follow. They were responsive. Clearly they have a ton experience and are extremely professional. Have no reservation doing business again. I hate that I had to return the item because the description was accurate, I just didn't pay attention.

  I contacted this seller with a special request, which was granted and I made the purchase immediately. Shipping was free and the soundbar arrived 4 business days later. It was well packed and I can't say enough good things about this seller! While I hope that I won't need more audio equipment in the near future, if I do, I will look tonight this seller.   Pkg arrived before the end date of the 7th of May 2025, looked wonderful, pkg was perfectly wrapped and protected, as per my request to not send by FedEx, I am grateful it came UPS! APPEARED GREAT, I put ir right on the charger and it looks to be excellent quality, excellent condition, great value as well. Thank you so much!   The item is just as described and good quality for a very low price. I ordered on a Friday and they don't ship on the weekend so I received it by Monday but if I would have ordered it on Monday, I probably would have received it by Tuesday so fast shipping.
