    The item came poorly packaged in a plastic bag. The main and secondary nesting dolls were both broken. The initial doll being in pieces and cracked significantly. The secondary piece was significantly cracked as well. They offered to pay $8. I asked for a new replacement piece packaged better and have received no response.
