  The item I received was not as described and arrived damaged as well. I reached out to the seller and they offered a full refund of the purchase price which to me is the right move considering what I received. I do not believe they knew the issues prior to shipping so they did the right thing by refunding the entire order. Buying Open Box is a bit of a gamble, this time it did not pay off but the seller made it right and therefore deserves a positive review in my book.

  Item arrived quite a bit more damaged than what was shown in the listing images because there was insufficient padding in the box. I realize I was buying scratch & dent so some damage was to be expected, but it doesn't mean that it needs to be more damaged during transit. Overall it works and is good enough for my purposes, but just be aware that packaging seems to be a low priority with this seller.

  The item is as described and it functional. Needed a clean. Ok seller but communication is non existent . Sent seller 3 emails, no replies to any of them. Shipping was slow with usps. My item was literally in my home town for 5 days before usps delivered it. The shipping cost it high for the slow shipping. US PS is the worst no one addresses you usps questions online or telephone.

  Seller had a very nice kitchenaid professional 5 plus mixer. The price was reasonable. condition before shipping good. shipping was fast. shipper destroyed the mixer. packaging of the mixer could have been better. Seller is a good one.

  Item was advertised as "open box". However, after receipt, the item did not function. The batteries were no longer holding a charge. I contacted the seller and initiated a return. They required a fair amount of detail (pictures of all sides of the shipping box and of the damage/fault). The Ebay return process is very limiting what you can upload, so I had email the info. In the end, I was refunded the full amount and wasn't provided a return label.
