It’s been 11 days, no item, not even shipped or marked as shipped, they won’t get back to me, even after several attempts, and I opened an item not received, and still no response. I have to wait till the 11th for eBay to get involved, but 15 days to ship something or communicate is just pathetic. I will take my business elsewhere.

I asked to cancel within 2 hours of placing the order with intentions of ordering a different color. The cancellation was denied. I accepted the order was not going to be cancelled. I sent message on two occasions asking for order status. Never got a reply! Ebay never got confirmation that order had been shipped and my money was refunded. Took over a week for process to take place.
