  Package was wrapped securely but the vase was full of decayed floral foam that should have been cleaned out before shipping. Also the vase exterior is very dirty with sticker debris and dirt. I reached out to the seller before purchasing to ask size of the vase but the seller never responded. Poor communication all around.
