    This item was in 'like new' condition. Typical installation of a Microsoft product. It was definately worth the price paid and with a bonus of free shipping! Once installed the quality was comparable to other versions of MS Office. I was only familiar with the Professional version. This was an install for a less demanding client but it should meet the needs. It appears and feels just like the more advanced editions and all the interactions I tried responded exactly like the others. Good packing
