    Item as described but, HORRIBLE packing/shipping practices. Item was shoved into a priority mail bag the size of small shirt. Arrived a wrinkled mess whereby I had to cut the bag off the item to get it out of the small flat rate priority bag used. Absolutely no care was given to my item when packaging.

    Gave positive rating due to item being exactly as described and very pretty. However, packaging could have been much better. Dress was just balled up and sent in a too small mailing bag which caused it to arrive in less than tip top shape.
