    Sometimes stuff goes wrong. It is how an issue is handled is what sets a good seller apart. In this case, the size in the description was wrong (quite possibly due to a bit of confusion on the manufacturer's website) and the seller immediately authorized a return. Aside from the size, the laptop sleeve was in the described (new) condition, was well packed and arrived very quickly. This is a seller that I will follow and will buy from them without hesitation.
