    Rear differential bought for a customers vehicle has a pinion bearing noise. Communication great getting the part to us, communication bad when asking for a replacement. Now I just want a refund after taking FAR too long to TRY to resolve the issue. My customer that the part was bought for is now upset. Offered me $50 to fix their unit that I paid full asking price for. Can't readily even get parts for this differential, hence the reason of buying a complete unit. Attempted to upload video.
