  Item, which was a new group head handle of a Sunbeam Cafe Series Em7000, seemed to be identical with the part replaced, which had a broken handle from being dropped. Item was despatched the first weekday after I ordered it and delivery was well within the range specified, and was probably as fast as you could expect Australian Mail to deliver. This seller had the best price I was able to find, with free shipping.

  Due to me ordering a 3rd gen not the 2nd as needed IPad cover . I did have to pay for the return but it was my fault..so hint always re check. As soon as they received it back , took a few days but they refunded my money back so good outcome.. They do communicate very well as well..

  I accidentally ordered the wrong leather watchband - my fault. When I notified the seller of my mistake, they were very understanding and once I organised the return of the watchband, the seller quickly posted the correct replacement band. The seller was professional, courteous and understanding and a pleasure to deal with. The watchband is very good quality and arrived very quickly. I would be happy to buy from this seller again.

  Initially I was very concerned after receiving this case as it had scratches and bubbles all over it and injection marks, after messaging the company they told me there was a thin film on the inside and outside that needed removing, I suspected this however it was very difficult to scratch up, after they told me I persisted and the case is definitely as advertised. My advice to the company is to advertise it has these thin layers on the site or in the packaging.
