  I ordered a sorority pack and 3 males from this seller For a breeding project, I'm starting. Every Betta arrived Alive and well. Packaged wonderfully. Seller even took in my preferences for colors But since they did not have one of the ones I requested They gave me 2 extra Males. Answered all of my questions in a timely fashion. And overall the whole experience was very pleasant. Paying for overnight shipping is definitely worth it if you want your bettas to arrive safe. 👍👍

  The USPS took forever to deliver even though the seller sent it 2 day. By the time the fish arrived it was dead. Packed well. No fault of seller. I contacted the seller and they immediate sent a replacement. It arrived today healthy and well packed. Great seller to do business with.

  I received my betta fish today and while he's not like the pictures, he's gorgeous nonetheless! I named him, Di Vinci, and he arrived well packed, the quality is great. You can tell he's top-notch! I Jace minor complaint about shipping, I paid extra for 2 day shipping but he arrive a day late. But I don't hold that against the seller, I fully believe that's a post office issue.   Arrived in under 24 hours from departure to my doorstep. Sturdy styrofoam insulation and lots of cushioning inside. Heat pack was included and the bag the fish was in was nicely sealed.   I purchased Overnight Shipping, which seller offers for a great price. My Starlight Pleco arrived safely packaged in both a large, thick cardboard box AND a large, thick Styrofoam box. A large heat pack was placed in the package to help keep the Pleco warm. To anyone purchasing fish this winter, pls buy the $45 Overnight Shipping. Temps by me are in low teens to 20s at night. Even w/all precautions seller takes with shipping fish - it is risky not to pay for Overnight. A++ TRANSACTION.
