They seem to be confused as to how retail works.   The light bulb was broken as l opened the box. The seller requested l take a picture and send to them. I didn’t take a picture and told them I would buy a bulb. I don’t have time to send a picture, they should have sent a bulb. It would have taken too long for such a small and simple fix.
