    Item and fitment was as described. Shipping was problematic and it took a month to get it. Seller gets 5 stars for quick shipping, as issue was with USPS losing track of the package twice. I had to contact USPS via their missing parcel webpage. Thankfully, their customer service agent was on the ball and finally got it to me.

    The rack was as pictured. The seller was good about answering questions before I purchased it so that I knew the rack would fit in my dishwasher. It came a couple days after the shipping window, which caused a bit of a problem because I was out of town so I had to arrange for a neighbor to get it.

    Fantastic seller! The dispenser drawer assembly arrived quickly, was exactly as described, and looked brand new. I only needed the blue top piece, and the seller quickly confirmed it would work for my model. GE support couldn’t answer my question, but BTs Appliance Parts did!
