Seller was rude and nasty to my message I sent him asking him to send the decal in the color silver. I had messaged as he instructed in his product description specifying my wish to get it in the Silver color. He responds and chastised me for sending my following message in capital letters, when I was only trying to be sure he got my earlier message of wanting the decal in Silver.

Well stop telling lies. I guess your CAPS LOCK is working. You sent an extremely rude message in ALL CAPS saying your wanted it in silver did you get the message or not. YES IN ALL CAPS! And this stupid person did not send any message, nor did he put any notes in. Instead he just wrote rude message in CAPS streaming at us when he lied about his request. We gladly cancel his order and he can take his attitude somewhere else. We do not have time playing games with mental ill person.
