  I purchased a used leather wrapped steering wheel for a '91 Jeep Cherokee. The item was well photographed and accurately described. The seller quickly answered a question. The item received was exactly as described. I am very pleased and relieved with the condition of the steering wheel! The only I would like to see improved was the shipping time. It took a week before it was even shipped out, 1 week in transit for a total of 2 weeks to receive it after purchase.

  "The cartridges are new and unopened." This is a direct quote from listing. 4 of 6 have broken seals. The blacks are all remanufactured. Not as described. Very rude response from seller when contacted about condition. In 20 years of eBay shopping, I've had lots of disappointments, but never left a negative feedback. I wouldn't have purchased knowing seals are broken, but there is some value to the product, so I won't leave negative, however this seller's rudeness warrants a warning to buyers.
