  Purchased item, was charged, received notification from USPS that label was ready for the product. After over a month, no progress. Seller said it was sent ‘timely’ and it must have gotten ‘stuck’ I have contacted seller multiple times asking for either the product or a refund. No response. I keep getting an ‘out of office’ notification from 2023 I have had a terrible experience with this seller
