    I had a good experience and communication dealing with this eBay seller. The range arrived rapidly, undamaged, and in the original container. I just wish Viking Range LLC would improve their assembly line quality control process. I had to reinstall missing hardware, correct metal bends that should have been accomplished before the range left the factory. Other than the above, I love this new Viking Range.

    If you re wondering whether you should purchase your appliances from Buy-Appliances instead of a big box store, the answer is YES. I spent over a year fighting Home Depot to get appliances I ordered, and they kept changing my delivery date and stringing me along. Luke from Buy-Appliances, on the other hand, was amazing to work with. He was extremely responsive, put together a custom package for me, and I received my appliances the very next day. Talk about service!! I highly recommend!!
