  Blender came with all accessories, packaged decently in a timely manner. Although the blender was completely dead on arrival. No signs of life whatsoever. Contacted seller and they asked a few basic questions. Then refunded me the full price and did not make me return the item. Disappointing but perfect resolution from the seller. A+ would buy from again.

  This item was exactly as described. I unboxed it, plugged it in, and was able to use it right away. Listed as a refurbished item, but I couldn't tell the difference between it and a new TV, except for the much lower price! I'm very happy with this seller and this purchase. I would happily buy from them again. And thank goodness the seller packed it well because FedEx ran it through the wringer for about 4 days before finally delivering it (entirely the fault of FedEx and not at all the seller).

  I'm really pleased with my purchase here. It came in good safe packaging and was in good shape when it arrives. I spoke with customer service about an issue I had (needed to return it because I purchased the wrong one), customer service, specifically Christine Gail and Bell, was great, they were pretty quick with responses and genuinely wanted to help. They seem to really care for their customers.

  Item came very quickly (two days before expected to be exact) and was packaged very well! Not a single scratch on the new box. The item is as advertised and came with everything. Gave it a test fly and it works flawlessly. The seller deserves the great rating and even left a message in the box to contact them with any questions. Just fantastic.   Product was in good shape no blemishes or marks on any item inside the box. Seller provided tracking information very quickly and I received the item within 1 week. My only issue with the seller was the shipping container. I personally wouldn't mind a shipping fee if it meant that the Samsung box was inside another box to protect it. The FedEx delivery had damaged the box considerably (holes and cuts near edges). I would buy from the seller again.
