  I bought the item but it got lost in the post through no fault of the seller or eBay. The incompetent South African Post Office again lost a parcel of mine. eBay's buyer's guarantee was extremely easy to follow and I received a full refund within a few days. EXCELLENT service. However, I'm so sad that the seller/eBay had to carry the costs of incompetance/lazyness/thievery of the South African Post Office. Next time I will ask for delivery via FEDEX, DHL, or ARAMEX to South Africa.
