  First and foremost, please use someone who is reputable to program these. The first "locksmith" I used tried for an hour and said they couldn't be programmed. The second locksmith I used had these PROGRAMMED and FULLY FUNCTIONAL in less than 5 minutes. They look and feel well built. They did arrive brand new in packaging. The price was very great considering two upgraded flip key fobs. I definitely recommend these! Again, use a REPUTABLE PROGRAMMER!
