    Seller shipped fragile wooden frame collectible item simply wrapped in a brown paper bag from Trader Joe. Frame broke as a result, as you can see. There are also scratches on the plate which were not disclosed. No response from seller, nothing. They did not respond to my questions before purchasing the item either. Irresponsible and contemptuous people. Avoid.

    Seller responded: "The wood surround is of no value; therefore, we are unable to credit you for that. Your photo was not clear, and there were no photos of the packaging.The scratches are superficial, and can be buffed out." Buyer beware!

    Please disregard these untruths. We did communicate thoroughly with buyer. You can see from original photos this brand new plate had no scratches or defects. 'Wooden frame' was a crude packaging support, not a display frame. I sold this designer solid sterling silver plate at price less than imelt down value. In addition to the wood, it was additionally packed w/ cardboard both sides. The brown bag was merely outer address cover. You can read below, we take great pride in our secure packaging.
