    The shoes looked good but the box was a hot mess. I wasn’t surprised by that though because when reading the description etc. it does state the box may not be in perfect condition. So no surprise there. What did surprise me was the length of time it took to get them. But they made it in time for Christmas so thats all that matters. Can’t rate seller communication since I never communicated with them. I’d order from them again recommend them.

    DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER! The shoes I bought not authentic converse. They say they are authenticated but it's a lie. They did not come in a box. They did not even come with a tag or a price tag or anything . Just 2 boots not even wrapped in plastic just inside a postage envelope and that it. They were not the boots advertised in the photo nor were they the right size. They took 32 days to arrive and within that time i asked for a refund several times. They said they would but never did

    seller shipped quickly, they did their part but the ebay authentication service is the worst. Its not the sellers fault orders are getting rejected, and mine was sent back too. Thanks for trying hopefully they get rid of this nonsense extra step. I ordered direct from converse and a package sealed from the manufacture had a torn box that would fail the ebay service. Take that into consideration
