    We are a family business that sells automotive, household, industrial, construction and general items that we source worldwide. Some are discontinued, new take-offs, overruns and surplus stock, that is why YOU are getting a huge discount on the normal retail price when we pass on the savings to you. Not all stocks are regular lines and our inventory changes daily. When you purchase from us we want you to feel you got exactly what you expected or more. We DO NOT list items that are not in stock and then drop ship causing you delays. The price is exactly as quoted with no hidden taxes and charges to be added after purchase. Often our items are not in original packing when we purchase in bulk, however, we never purport our inventory to be anything other than what we state and we do not hide behind a website. We are located in Unit 3 21 Southern Cross Circuit, Urangan (near Hervey Bay) Queensland.

      Warning! Mean, Ungrateful, Unprofessional. At the time of buying, I offered to help with shipping costs as the seller had been incompetent with pricing. Instead of gratitude, seller rudely ignores my kind helpful offer, sends the 50 yr old vintage part almost unpacked with just a bit of cardboard around the middle to put the address label on. Item is clearly visible with no protection for the 4460km trip across Aust. THEN 2mths later I get an invoice to pay the extra postage! And still no thanks
