  Dress arrived stuffed into a small plastic bag in a very large box, with no tissue. I was surprised because the fabric is very delicate and heavily beaded with crystals and rhinestones. I took the dress to my seamstress and discovered that the zipper was defective. I contacted seller, who implied that I had damaged the dress. I sent it back (in a much smaller box to protect the beautiful fabric) and Ebay refunded the total. Not a nice experience, I am sorry to say.
