    Cost too much for shipping and returning. The description wasn't accurate. Not very encouraging. Just very disappointing.I am tired of writing. I would not recommend my friends and family to purchase anything. The pot was supposed to be 14" but it was too large . Please make sure if people are spending over &100.00 the shipping should be free as well as the returns. Make sure customers can talk to a live representative. It's annoying communicating via email. Want a real person engagement.
