  I had to send an email to get this puzzle to the post office. There were crickets for several days after the creation of its mailing label. When it finally arrived, 12 days after I paid for it, the puzzle was new and intact, though it was beat up (see photo) because it was packaged in no more than a plastic sleeve (see photo) The damage makes it less attractive as a gift.
