  This item was nothing like the image. The quality of the item is mediocre and to us not an authentic Jellycat. It is very disappointing. The seller offered a return of $5,00 USD (which is insulting) and then when I mentioned I wanted a full refund they offered $15,00 USD for me to avoid returning the item (I accepted reluctantly). I will not deal with this seller again or likely not even eBay.
