    My request to have delivery made to a click and collect option as advertised was rejected by seller. The seller required my address for postage. I wasn’t happy but provided my address however the seller still addressed the package to the click and collect business address and this was subsequently refused and packaged directed to a post office. This is total incompetence on part of the seller and I rate this as a Negative transaction!

    To correct my previous as another seller has also created delivery issues and due strange business names these were confused - however this seller did advertise a click and collect business address and that was rejected by the business. End result was the delivery went to a post office with the associated issues dealing with post office staff. Should have been much smoother had the delivery been as advertised to the click and collect business.
