    There was an issue with the remote. Communication with the seller was 5 stars, the customer service was great. I rated the item itself at 3 stars because of the issue. I rated the item description at 4 stars because the camcorder manual and the box did not list a remote as it should have. Overall if there would have been no issues it would have been an awesome item. Again, like I say the phenomenal customer service.

    I am very disappointed. Order took 10 days to get to me. When I received the camera, it was supposed to come with a memory card, and it did not. Each time I tried to contact the seller it would take days for them to respond, if they responded at all. Plus camera was not very good quality, very lightweight.
