    I bought this for my son. He loves Sonic and wanted this for his birthday. Just as described. It was new and packaged well. Customer service was exceptional. I did receive the wrong item at first. Contacted the seller and they sent me a shipping label to return the item. Once they confirmed the return they did send out the sonic. The lines of communication were always open and I really appreciate that. Thank you!

For some reason it got lost in shipping and went on an adventure but the seller was very responsive and the error was in no way their fault and thankfully the post corrected their error and we eventually got our plush.
