    Listing did not adequately describe the items dimensions. I contacted the seller prior to purchase and got no response but decided to risk it since it was only $8. I didn't like it when it arrived and asked for a refund with my return. No response to my message. The item itself is fine, it's just not was I needed. The lack of response from seller is the only reason for my low rating

    We normally have some of our local college kids help out during the holidays. One of them read the buyer's original message, and wasn't quite sure how to respond-as dimensions are listed on the description for the item. She should have marked the message as "unread", instead she told me (manager)-but it wasn't written down and I lost track during the busy days before Christmas. We apologize for the lack of communication. As far as response to the return: we offer returns and it's an easy process
