  Good seller. I appreciate their communication a lot. They shipped the item promptly after I ordered it, but unfortunately usps decided to take a week and a half to get it to me. As a result, most of the Hornwort I bought was brown and dead. This was not the seller’s fault so I am leaving a positive review because I think they have a great store, and I was happy with them getting the package out so quick, and for their responses to my questions. USPS, you need to do better than this.

  Let me start by saying I am a repeat customer and have recommended this seller to many. Their selection is great, plants always arrive in healthy condition, and their pricing is great. I recently ordered several different plants and when I received my order there was missing plants. I reached out to the seller, who responded very quickly. The next morning they shipped my replacement plants, which arrived very quickly. I highly recommend this seller, and whish I could give more than 5 stars.

  Unfortunately had to cancel this item 10 minutes after my order as the delivery date was interfering was my vacation and I wouldn't be there to receive it. (my dumb mistake) The seller cancelled my order no problem and gave me the refund very quickly. Will do business with this seller again as they seem fair and reasonable in dealing with. The product appeared to be a good value for the money even though I cancelled it.

  Well, my experience was bad and good. Somehow, my package was lost. It kept going from one post office to another back-and-forth back-and-forth. I eventually received it, but it was long dead. I notified the seller and they refunded me right away with big apologies. I’ve had a lot of communication with them so they’re excellent with communication and I’ve just ordered some more. I just hope that their mail service doesn’t have a problem again, but it’s not something that is in there control so I

  I got the buy 2 get 1 free deal & got 60 Dwarf Sagittaria. The plants are rooted, but there was a lot of yellowing in the leaves. These plants needed to get transplanted asap & doesn't look like the pictures in the post. I would recommend asking for the actual pictures before purchase. Pictures were sent, partial refund was given & was very pleased. Super fast shipping, great communication w/ seller, great customer service and highly recommended seller.
