  Seller: I read some negative reviews. I think you must be patient with this seller. Shipping label was created but it didn't ship until 8 days later. I did start to stress a little about it but decided to just be patient. It arrived to me 10 days after the purchase date. It was a great deal, and 10 days to get to me is just fine. Would happily purchase from seller again. Great packaging, Pot and lid looked perfect! I really like the MC2 series. Excellent value for the quality you get.

  My purchase arrived with a manufacturing defect (deep cleft in the bottom of the pan). After taking a picture and sending an email, the company contacted me promptly to apologize and offered to immediately ship out a replacement. The response felt very genuine and probably left me feeling more pleased with the company than I would have felt had the purchase gone without a hitch. Excellent customer service, and the replacement pan is beautiful and feels like it will last a lifetime.
