  I was out of town for a few days so a little late for the response. Delivery was on time, although the box was a little banged up with a hole 2 inches in dia that you could see the carburetor inside. The carburetor, and linkage was ok. I think it was one of those hybrid UPS/USPS, so my guess is the USPS, UPS is always on top of any damage, I have actually opened a package before the UPS drive would agree to leave the damaged outer container.

  I m giving this seller a 10/10 review because even though he shipped my carburator thru UPS on time,it got transfered to the USPS were they misplaced it.It arrived with a broken accelerator bracket thanks to the USPS mishandling but even though it wasn t his fault the seller gave me a partial refund so that I can find a replacement linkage bracket & told me to kindly keep the carburator.I m a mechanic & will figure it out but again I m giving him a 10/10 for being customer oriented. Thanks!
