Unfortunately it didn't arrive with a hood as described in listed info, so I contacted customer support, and was Quickly helped, and we negotiated a fair deal so I could purchase the hood. They got this problem resolved in 24 hours, and I thank them for the assistance. This is a company I'll continue to purchase from.
